Southern Ocean Chamber presents Grow with Google Event

Celebrating their remarkable 110 years of service, the Southern Ocean Chamber continues to empower businesses through its Grow with Google Partnership. On Wednesday, March 13 beginning at 10am, they are hosting a no-cost webinar that focuses on Small Business Cybersecurity. As the digital landscape evolves, cybersecurity becomes an essential aspect of business operations. A cyberattack is any offensive action that targets computers, computer networks, infrastructures, or smartphones and could affect your customer data. 

The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and its charitable affiliate, the Southern Ocean Chamber Association, are committed to providing ongoing support tailored to the unique needs of the coastal business community they serve. 

This session is open to all businesses and will discuss protection for passwords, equipment, data and customers.  Key highlights include: understanding cybersecurity and  the importance of safeguarding your business against cyber threats, discovering protection strategies and effective ways to protect your business, creating response plans and security culture that can respond effectively in case of a breach.  It will also share Grow with Google Resources introducing additional resources available through the Grow with Google initiative.
