Spring Non Profit Forum Set for May 12

This popular program hosted at Stockton Manahawkin Campus, invites representatives of non profit organizations to build memory skills that can lead to more productivity

The Southern Ocean Chamber has scheduled its Spring Non-Profit Forum on Friday, May 12 beginning at 10am.  It will be held at Stockton Manahawkin Campus 712 East Bay Avenue. This event will focus on the sharpening your memory to help busy nonprofit leaders become more efficient, less stressed and build your missions with more confidence.

Matthew Goerke is regarded as one of America's leading experts in the field of Memory Development. He has trained executives from corporations and government agencies. Matthew has also had a tremendous impact in educational settings at all academic levels. His live workshop entitled "The Memory Switch" will instruct non profit leaders in the new advances in memory technology as well as help them gain insight into how these methods are in direct alignment with helping people achieve goals. The event will feature program, networking and light refreshments.

Held several times a year, the non profit forum brings together volunteer and staffed nonprofits to share ideas, calendars, and have generated collaborations that still continue. As always, Ocean County Culture & Heritage Commission will offer credit for recipients of the county art or history grants to be applied towards grant compliance. There is no fee for any member or nonprofit to attend, but RSVP is requested to the Southern Ocean Chamber office at 609.494.7211 or email to Kate@sochamber.com.
