Joint Chamber Networking is an Invitation to Do Good

An Evening for Ocean County Professionals to be held October 24

The Greater Toms River and Southern Ocean Chambers of Commerce have planned a joint networking event with good food, company and introduction to the many benefits of a Community Foundation. The gathering will take place on Tuesday October 24 from 5 to 7pm at Joe Bella's 781 Fischer Blvd in Toms River.  The chambers have collaborated to build relationships with countywide professionals and the better understand how a community foundation can help investors, clients and businesses create a strategic legacy.

The fee is $10 per person and will include Happy Hour food stations, beer and wine. The schedule will feature networking and conversations, as well as Community Foundation 101 discussion hosted by Jeremy Grunin CFSJ Board Member and President of the Grunin Foundation with Andy Fraizer, CFSJ Executive Director, with time for Q & A on how the work  supports philanthropic families, organizations, businesses and communities. The Community Foundation of South Jersey (CFSJ), has recently expanded to include Ocean County.  The evening will invite professionals to better understand how their clients can use the power of philanthropy to transform their community and the issues they care about most.  The Foundation helps donors to create funds—both large and small—achieve positive results with their generosity in South Jersey and beyond.  By working with the Community Foundation donors can engage in philanthropy that is innovative, visionary, and effective.
