Even with unemployment rates throughout NJ at its lowest levels, enthusiasm for summer job hiring is up compared to this time last year.  Whether you are looking for a full, part time or seasonal opportunity, many businesses begin the height o their hiring season this month. Southern Ocean Chamber offers newsfeed style job listings stratight from the source through their Facebook Group Southern Ocean Job Opps. This list is loaded with over 4K qualifed job seekers who share the job listings that are posted with other jobseekers. Businesses can upload details of job title, duties and application instructions with the ability to directly messaging interested candidates. 

This real time opportunity is one of the work force solutions provided by Southern Ocean Chamber Association.  There is no fee for any jobseeker to connect with local employers through this program. For those under 18 years of age, a new law in place for acquiring working papers.  The Department of Labor will be overseeing this online and streamlined process beginning June 1.
